  • What shipping methods do you use?
    We use standard shipping for all of our products.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Akinji will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Our shipping partners would be happy to assist you with any courier-related inquiries.
  • What are your return policies?
    Akinji is a growing team and we do not a dedicated returns department, yet. However, if there is a manufacturing defect with your game, please reach out to us at info(at)akinji.com and we can certainly look into any issues that can be traced back to the company's end.
  • When do you ship your products?
    We make every effort to ensure the highest degree of customer care. Our aim is to ensure that the games arrive to you in pristine condition, and our customers have a wonderful unboxing experience. In order to do so, we inspect each game individually before shipping out orders once a week.
  • Do I need to pay custom fee?
    Akinji Entertainment makes every effort to ensure that our customers do not have to pay any extra fees. Since we ship globally, and customs laws are subject to change, it is not possible to cover every single use case. You will have to check the customs laws of the country where the product is being shipped for more accurate, and up-to-date information.
